  • Sport Relief

    2nd May 2016

Congratulations to all the children for raising a massive £1226.06 for Sport Relief 2016. The children all dressed up in red, baked cakes to sell during break times, as well as being sponsored to take part in a Haka Dance.

Furthermore, a special thanks to all the support when biking into school that morning after setting off at 4am from Barnsley. It made it all worthwhile. What a fantastic welcoming.

    Thank again.

From Mr Sylvester, Mr Gill and Mr Evison.

    8th March 2016

In Year 4 we had an amazing time when two Romans came into school to spend the day with us. Throughout the day, we took part in lots of fun activities such as dancing and gladiator fighting as well as making some beautiful laurel wreaths and a human aqueduct!

  • Molly makes us proud!

    10th January 2016

Molly, one of our year 6 pupils, made us all very proud recently, when she decided to take a very brave step in the name of charity. Molly had all of her beautiful hair cut off to donate to the little princess trust. Her hair is going to be used to make a wig for a little girl who has lost her hair.

Well done Molly, what a very thoughtful young lady you are!
